It doesn't matter how someone creates a website. I design websites for a hobby and commercially, and it doesn't make a difference whether you use Notepad, Dreamweaver, Frontpage or the back of a stamp. As long as the site is how you want it (or in the case of a commercial project, how the client wants it! <g>) then is does not make a difference.
There is no right or wrong way to create a webpage... only personal preference.
And just because someone uses Notepad and someone else uses Frontpage Express (as an example), it doesn't make one of them any better than the other... at web design or anything else.
I choose to create websites using raw HTML and PHP... but that is my choice. Other people use a WYSIWYG editor, like Frontpage, and that is their choice.
Freedom of opinion
The phrase "this is my opinion and I'm entitled to it" is not exclusive to one person. If you say that, then you have to remember that "that is theirr opinion and they're entitled to it" is equally as valid.
It is not a one way thing.
So if you have a go at someone for something they said, and then defend your own wording as "my own opinion", then you're also defending the other persons wording at the same time.
