Cyclists on the road are classified as "road users". This means they are subject to the Highway Code.
Therefore, at a red traffic light on a pedestrian crossing, you should stop. Not go through the red light and ALMOST KNOCK ME DOWN!!
I see it all the time as a driver and a pedestrian, that a fair proportion (though not all) of cyclists do not obey road signs and signals.
People who use umbrellas have to realise that they take up a larger area around them than they usually would. Thus, if you hold your umbrella down on your head (as opposed to over it), you're is severe danger of TAKING MY SODDING EYE OUT!!
In both of the above incidents, I'm damn lucky I have quick reflexes!!
