I've just been onto Zen, and asked them to tell me why BT rejected the application this time. They put me on hold and came back very apologetically. It turns out that because they've had failure so many times, they forgot to remove the failure flag this time. Thus, when BT came back with a response, Zen automatically returned a failure.
You get my meaning?
And yes, this means that.......
THE ORDER WAS FINALLY ACCEPTED!!! :o))
(And yes, it does mean I have to write an email of apology to BT Wholesale)
They quote the usual 5 working days to activation, but I've been (unofficially) informed that work may be completed tonight!!! :o))
