I'm really happy to be back at a gym again on a regular basis... particularly with such good gym partners!! :o)
I'm thinking about joining Caroline for yoga on Thursday nights, and also starting the Boxercise circuit on a Wednesday night. However, as Tuesday is our designated gym night, I doubt that the Wednesday thing will be every week. We've already experienced gym burnout - February last year when we first joined a gym - so we know not to do that again! <g>
We're getting our Fitness Programmes set up on Saturday, so I'll get a proper routine going, including getting started on the weights machines.
