The Love Bug
There's a programme on BBC2 on Tuesday 15 November at 2100, called Making Slough Happy.

It's a social experiment to try and improve the happiness levels of people in Slough.

Yep, Slough born and bred (save for 11 years when I lived in Surrey) :o)

I'm sure Betjeman would approve. In fact I'm sure he'd have plenty of ideas how to make Slough happy!

I'm sure Slough isn't anywhere near as unpleasant as Haverhill. Haverhill is just a horrible horrible place!! But I'm looking forward to finding out when I come to Slough and giving you the answer!
