Thanks for your kind words of encouragement, but I think I completely arsed the exam up. I think I've passed, but there's no way on life that I'll beat, or even match, my colleague. However, I'm the only one to have done this particular course, and Windows Server 2003 is something that I have previously had absolutely no experience with.

Oh well, as long as I get the certification, I don't mind :o)

In other news, a MoosicalQuote&tm;... I took a bottle of Corona out of the fridge and said, "Bah, we don't have any lime." Caroline responded with this: "That's ok, there's cucumber there."

so which exam was it

i've done the MCSA 2000, was aiming to do the two remianing 2000 for the MCSE and then do the upgrade exams, that way I would have the MCSA and MCSE in all versions of NT from 4 onwards.

Remeber, its not hoe well you scoreon the exam, its how well you are in real life that counts. a Pass is a pass.

Up until only a few years ago, they would only issue your score as pass fail. When I did the Nt4 , we got scores, and it was competitivit, then in 2000 it changed to just PASS/FAIl now its gone back to scores again. A Paper MCSA/MCSE means nothing so if you have passed and your skills grow then thats what always counts.

Do you remember any of the questions? ;-) I'm supposed to do this at some point, assuming you're talking about the MCP.

Although in reality I have various simulator software that I can use.

It's probably a good idea to do the exam directly after the course, as now I'm procrastinating about studying, and am forgetting lots.
