My programme (which will be reviewed in 6 weeks) is:
- 10 minute bike warm-up - level 2 to 3
- 10 minutes cross-trainer - level 1
- 15 minutes treadmill - speed 4.8-6.0
- 5 minute bike cool-down - level 3 to 2
I’m going to go to the gym Tuesday and Thursday evenings, plus Saturday or Sunday daytime.
I feel really good about this... particuarly when combined with my current weight loss progress.
